1. General provisions.

1.1. This Privacy Policy describes how MADRIS SIA, Reg. nr. 400032922668, Tallinas street 36A, Riga, Latvia LV-1001 (hereinafter also referred to as “Data Controller”) acquires, processes and stores personal data that MADRIS SIA obtains from its customers and persons who visit the website (hereinafter called “Data Subject” or “You”).
1.2. Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, i.e. i., the data subject. Processing is any activity involving the collection of personal data, such as acquisition, recording, modification, use, viewing, deletion or destruction.

3.3. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6 (1) (a), (b), (c) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation:
(a) the data subject has consented to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes;
(b) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
(c) processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;
(f) processing is necessary for the protection of the legitimate interests of the controller or of a third party, unless the interests of the data subject or the fundamental rights and freedoms requiring the protection of personal data outweigh such interests, in particular where the data subject is a child.
3.4. The data controller shall store and process the personal data of the Data Subject as long as at least one of the following criteria exists:
3.4.1. Personal data is necessary for the purposes for which it was received;
3.4.2. While in accordance with the procedures specified in external regulatory enactments, the Data Controller and / or the Data Subject may realize his or her legitimate interests, such as to submit objections or to bring or bring an action in court;
3.4.3. As long as there is a legal obligation to keep the data, such as under the Accounting Law;

Payment processing is provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, therefore our company transfers the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the platform owner Maksekeskus AS. Upon request, we may transfer your personal data to government and law enforcement authorities to protect your legal interests, if necessary, by drafting, filing and defending legal claims.

4. Rights of the data subject

4.1. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, you have the right to:

4.1.2. Request the correction of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete personal data;

4.1.5. Restrict the processing of your data - the right to request that we temporarily stop processing all your personal data;

5. Final provisions

5.1. This Privacy Policy is developed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC ( General Data Protection Regulation), as well as the laws in force in the Republic of Latvia and the European Union.
